About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Merchandising Director to lead our wholesale business expansion.

  • Collaborate with the design and merchandising teams to develop strategic plans for our wholesale product range.
  • Prioritize and participate in international trade shows and events, fostering relationships with key accounts.
  • Oversee sales goals and budgeting for the season, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Work closely with the merchandising team to identify and secure reorder opportunities, maximizing performance.
  • Lead a team of sales agents/managers, providing training, information, and support to achieve regional targets.
  • Regularly visit key accounts in the USA and Europe, offering product advice and training.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships to drive additional revenue streams.
  • Negotiate marketing contributions from key accounts.
  • Foster strong relationships within the Miista community, contributing to its growth and success.
  • A minimum of 5 years of wholesale experience is required, along with excellent written and oral English communication skills.

Estimated salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
