Job Description

  1. Develop a CRM strategy to optimize customer experience and drive business growth.
  2. Champion CRM best practices across the organization, ensuring consistency and compliance.

The Successful Candidate

  1. 4+ years of experience in CRM, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  2. Experience with CRM migration is a plus, but not essential.
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.

  1. Permanent role with a competitive salary: £38,000-£48,000 (dependent on experience).
  2. Hybrid working arrangement, with 2-3 days a week in the office.
