A luxury French beauty brand is looking for a versatile CRM and Marketing Executive to be based in London.

**The role**:
As CRM and Marketing Executive, your role will entail various facets including Point of Sales CRM Management, Marketing Support, VIP Clients and Personal Shopping Strategy, and Management of Data Capture Tool and Customer Loyalty Programme.

An overview of your responsibilities:
**Point of Sales CRM Management**
- Lead the UK CRM strategy including all B&M customer engagement touchpoints
- Design and execute the customer engagement and segmentation plan
- Manage the monthly newsletter calendar
- Measure ROI of engagement plan using KPIs available with Selligent, and report on CRM campaign results
- Liaise regularly with the brand’s head office in Paris to align messaging
- Act as GDPR point of contact
- Deliver monthly CRM reporting and data analytics so that an omni-channel strategy is developed for all customer touchpoints

**Marketing Support**
- Support UK marketing team in the management of the company’s marketing plans
- Support in executing 360 marketing plans including social media executions, asset production and post campaign analysis
- Partner with select retailers to ensure marketing support and drive customers to counter at a door-by-door level
- Monitor and evaluate the brand and portfolio performance, trends and competitive landscape

**VIP Clients and Personal Shopping Strategy**
- Develop a VIP clientele strategy
- Help deliver specific loyalty programmes to support Flagship stores and explore new opportunities to engage with Flagship consumers
- Lead the UK Personal Shopping strategy, devising clear KPIs, monitoring and tracking processes alongside store training to identify and nurture ongoing relationships

**Management of Data Capture Tool and Customer Loyalty Programme**
- Managing the in-store loyalty program and data collection tool - SMILE
- Be the lead contact with resolving database issues and updates
- Lead the opening of all new counter doors to ensure SMILE launches on time and with a database growth strategy
- Deliver weekly and monthly reporting along with the UK Commercial Director
- Review KPIs with Regional Managers and report on store/area performance
- Manage all store sales targets, new product RRPs and product catalogue updates
- Be the market expert in competitor loyalty programmes
- Lead and manage the training plan for new starters
