Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver one-on-one and group coaching sessions to students, focusing on targeted interventions to improve their learning behaviors, academic success, relationships, and career pathways.
  • Support students in building essential attributes such as self-awareness and resilience, and enhance their decision-making and confidence.
  • Collaborate with other student support services and faculty staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to student support.
  • Maintain meticulous records of student progress and provide regular feedback to students and staff.
Requirements
  • Experience in education or youth work settings, with a proven track record of managing groups and building rapport with diverse learners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver engaging and personalized coaching sessions.
  • Confidence in addressing challenging subjects such as consent, inclusion, personal responsibility, choice-making, and self-reflection.
  • Ability to adapt to new IT systems and demonstrate proficiency in the MS Office suite.
