Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse to join our team in Respiratory Medicine, Cardiology, or Surgery. As a Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide patient-centered care, adhering to the NMC Code of Conduct and professional practice guidance
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, working collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring high standards of patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide education and training, promoting best practices and sharing knowledge
- Current registration with the NMC, part one or two of the register
- Diploma, BSc, or MSc in Nursing
- Evidence of continued professional development, with a focus on cardiothoracic nursing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to problem-solve, use initiative, and prioritize workload, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care
