Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. As a HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR Department and contributing to the successful achievement of team plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR Department, including tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Employee Engagement: Administer activities associated with the entire employee cycle, including recruitment, induction, new joiners, performance management, training and development, and leavers.
  • Communication: Contribute to the successful achievement of team plans by undertaking administration work efficiently and reporting on progress until complete.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure that all employee data and personnel files are secure, accurate, up-to-date and fully compliant with all relevant legislation.
  • System Administration: Maintain and update the HR system.
  • Discretion: Understand the nature of the role and maintain confidentiality.
  • Time Management: Manage holiday and sickness calendar.
  • Office Efficiency: Help with the smooth running of the office, including maintaining and replenishing office supplies.
  • Document Flow: Assist with printing, scanning and filing of all types of personnel documents.
  • Scheduling: Book meeting rooms and arrange interviews with candidates.
