Care Coordinator Opportunity

About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating care services, managing rotas, and building strong relationships with care workers. You will work closely with our clients and their families to ensure that they receive the best possible care and support.

The Benefits

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including a salary of £25,270 per annum, 22 days holiday (increasing to 25 days after 3 years of service) plus bank holidays, and occupational maternity pay. You will also have access to further qualifications and courses to help you develop your skills and career.

Your Role

You will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team, helping to deliver high-quality care and services to our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that all care plans are up-to-date and that our clients receive the best possible care and support.
