Digital Marketing Recruiter

Tribal Tech, a leading technology firm, is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Recruiter to join our team in Manchester or London. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier digital marketing professionals.

We are looking for a talented individual with a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber digital marketing professionals.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry connections, to find the best talent.
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidates meet the job requirements and fit the company culture.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive recruitment plans.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance Tribal Tech's reputation in the market.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize recruitment processes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on digital marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring digital marketing talent.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing roles, skills, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Applicant Tracking Systems, job boards).
