Job Description

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our leadership team and drive our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent in the industry.

Talent Acquisition Strategy

Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the agency's goals and growth plans.

Identify and leverage various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source top talent.

Leadership and Team Management

Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

Recruitment Process Optimization

Oversee and continuously improve the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Develop and implement efficient recruitment processes, including applicant tracking systems and interview protocols.

Employer Branding

Enhance our employer brand to attract top talent, including managing our presence on job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.

Develop and implement a comprehensive employer value proposition, highlighting our company culture, benefits, and career development opportunities.

Sourcing and Pipeline Development

Proactively source and build a pipeline of high-quality candidates through various channels, including networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.

Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition vendors.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers

Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

Provide regular updates and insights on the recruitment process, including candidate pipelines and interview outcomes.

Diversity and Inclusion

Promote diversity and inclusion within the hiring process, ensuring a diverse pool of candidates for all roles.

Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain underrepresented groups, including women, minorities, and individuals with disabilities.

Experience

Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the digital marketing or tech industry.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.

Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
