At Tribal Tech - The Digital, Data & AI Specialists, we are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead our talent acquisition strategy and drive our growth plans forward. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our agency's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy that attracts and retains top talent in the industry.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Oversee and continuously improve the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Enhance our employer brand to attract top talent, including managing our presence on job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.
  • Proactively source and build a pipeline of high-quality candidates through various channels, including networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion within the hiring process, ensuring a diverse pool of candidates for all roles.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and provide regular reports to the executive team.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition vendors.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the digital marketing or tech industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
