As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our agency's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy that attracts and retains top talent in the industry.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Oversee and continuously improve the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Enhance our employer brand to attract top talent, including managing our presence on job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.
- Proactively source and build a pipeline of high-quality candidates through various channels, including networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Promote diversity and inclusion within the hiring process, ensuring a diverse pool of candidates for all roles.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and provide regular reports to the executive team.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition vendors.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the digital marketing or tech industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
