We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Recruiter to join our team in either Manchester or London. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier digital marketing professionals.


Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber digital marketing professionals.

Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry connections to find the best talent.

Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidates meet the job requirements and fit the company culture.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Work closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive recruitment plans.
Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance Tribal Tech's reputation in the market.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.
Track and report on key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize recruitment processes.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on digital marketing roles.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring digital marketing talent.
Strong understanding of digital marketing roles, skills, and industry trends.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Applicant Tracking Systems, job boards).
