About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Recruiter to join our team at Tribal Tech - The Digital, Data & AI Specialists. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier digital marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber digital marketing professionals.
  • Candidate Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive recruitment plans.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on digital marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring digital marketing talent.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing roles, skills, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Applicant Tracking Systems, job boards).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
