Job Description

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Day Shift Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our large commercial building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical and mechanical repairs, to ensure the building's systems are functioning properly.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and take proactive measures to prevent equipment failures.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service to building occupants and respond to their maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Electrical or mechanical qualification (Level 2 or 3) with 18th Edition certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial building maintenance, preferably in a large-scale facility.
  • Proven track record of maintaining high-quality work standards and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
