Job Title: Day Shift Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Day Shift Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Day Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks at a large tourist attraction in Tottenham Court Road, London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks, including electrical and mechanical repairs and installations.
  • Monitor and maintain building services equipment, including pumps, motors, and air conditioning systems.
  • Perform electrical and mechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner, meeting contractual KPI and SLA requirements.
  • Maintain informal communications with client staff members related to service levels and issues.
Requirements:
  • Electrical or mechanical qualification (Level 2 or 3) with 18th Edition or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a large commercial building.
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
  • Multi-skilled with good communication and customer skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and attend site for 07:00 am start.
