Join Our Team as a Mechanical Shift Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Shift Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Mechanical Shift Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out mechanical, electrical, and fabric maintenance tasks in a fast-paced commercial office building environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance on pumps, motors, seals, and bearings
  • Ensure the proper functioning of emergency lighting systems
  • Conduct regular checks and maintenance on air conditioning systems, including air handling units and fan coil units
  • Reset chillers and perform temperature checks on water treatment systems
  • Clear blockages in plumbing systems and replace taps as needed
  • Monitor and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) and UPS systems
Working Hours:
  • 4 on 4 off days and nights, with shifts from 19:00 to 07:00
Package:
  • Competitive salary up to £55,000
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Overtime available

Requirements:
  • Mechanical or plumbing qualifications (C&G, NVQ, etc.)
  • Proven track record in building maintenance
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Previous experience in healthcare is highly desirable
