## Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

## Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out daily plant room checks, maintaining electrical services, and supporting the maintenance of mechanical plant services in a flagship historical venue in South Kensington.

## Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct daily plant room checks to ensure optimal performance and safety
* Maintain electrical services, including emergency lighting, fault finding, and power distribution
* Support the maintenance of mechanical plant services, including air handling units, fan coil units, and pumps
* Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure smooth operation of the building's systems

## Requirements:

* Experience working in commercial building services
* Electrically qualified
* City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
* Testing & Inspection
* Apprentice trained (desired but not essential)
* Ability to work the advertised hours
* Experience working within both landlord and tenant areas of a commercial premises (preferable)
