Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant, with a focus on electrical and mechanical maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance on pumps, motors, seals, bearings, and compressors
  • Air conditioning - air handling units/fan coil unit (filter changes, cleaning)
  • Chillers - reset
  • BMS system - monitor (i.e. hot and colds)
  • Ensure log books are kept up to date
  • Escort specialist sub-contractors
  • Assist other engineers
  • Offer technical support
Requirements:
  • City & Guilds/NVQ in Mechanical Engineering/Heating & Ventilation/Plumbing
  • FGas or Gas - preferred
  • You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (essential)
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • An understanding of commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
Package:
  • Up to £45-47,000 (based on experience/qualifications)
