CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team in London. As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant in commercial buildings located in Zones 1&2.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance on pumps, motors, seals, bearings, and compressors
  • Air conditioning - air handling units / fan coil unit (filter changes, cleaning)
  • Chillers - re-set
  • BMS system - monitor (i.e. hot & colds etc)
  • Ensure log books are kept up to date
  • Escort specialist sub-contractors
  • Assist other engineers
  • Offer technical support
Requirements
  • City & Guilds / NVQ in Mechanical Engineering / Heating & Ventilation / Plumbing
  • Fgas or Gas - preferred
  • You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (essential)
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • An understanding of commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Up to £45-47,000 (based on experience / qualifications)
