Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Day Shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team on a day shift basis. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems within our building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks as instructed by the site supervisor and/or Service Delivery Manager.
  • Conduct fault detection and repair of electrical equipment.
  • Diagnose and rectify electrical plant faults responsibly, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.
  • Perform efficient servicing, fault diagnosis, and repair work on electrical systems according to current standards.
  • Participate in building shutdowns, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Provide technical support for electrical systems and assist in troubleshooting issues.
  • Document all maintenance and repair activities, keeping accurate records.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role within prime residential or high-end hotel environments or commercial.
  • City & Guilds Electrical Qualifications - 18th Edition.
  • Excellent IT Skills and proficiency working via a PDA/mobile device and writing reports.
