Job Title: Day Shift Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Day Shift Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Day Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks at a large tourist attraction in London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out electrical and mechanical planned and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Monitor and maintain electrical and mechanical plant, including pumps, motors, seals, and bearings
  • Perform electrical and mechanical fault-finding and repair tasks
  • Undertake small works, including new socket installations and lighting changes
  • Monitor and maintain the Building Management System (BMS)
Requirements:
  • Electrical or mechanical qualification (Level 2 or 3) with 18th Edition or equivalent
  • Experience working in a large commercial building
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled with good communication and customer skills
