Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team in St Ives. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage phone calls, and assist with communication to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Manage phone calls, respond to emails, and handle customer inquiries
  • Assist with communication, including preparing reports and presentations
  • Perform clerical tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and binding documents
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve processes

Requirements

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
  • Previous experience in office administration is a plus
  • Knowledge of automotive industry terminology is beneficial
