We are seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee the direct management of assigned commercial and residential properties. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of assigned properties, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement business plans that cater to customers' needs, driving revenue growth and asset value.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and arrange maintenance to meet high standards.
  • Maintain a positive and productive relationship with tenants, addressing their concerns and needs promptly.
  • Negotiate lease and contract agreements with contractors in a timely and reliable manner.
  • Market vacant spaces effectively to attract new tenants, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Collect receivable accounts and manage operating expenses, ensuring financial stability.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data, and trends.
  • Oversee property personnel, assessing their performance and providing guidance for improvement.
  • Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities to expand the company's portfolio, fostering growth and development.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Property Manager, with a strong track record of success.
  • Deep understanding of property management and its financial aspects, including market trends and regulations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of property management rules and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant databases and software, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Customer-focused approach, with a strong emphasis on bottom-line results and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and colleagues.
  • Well-organized and efficient, with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Valid real estate agent/broker license, with a BS degree in a related field.
