About the Role
As an Estate Manager at Anchor Hanover, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our locations. Your primary responsibility will be to manage relationships with key internal and external partners and stakeholders, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the location is safe and all health and safety checks and risk assessments are carried out in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Manage communal areas and work with residents to enable them to love living in later life.
- Partner with property colleagues and contractors to ensure residents' homes are well maintained and repairs are completed to a high standard.
- Manage the location's budget and service charge accounts.
- Connect with residents, signposting them to access health and social services.
- Promote inclusion in social events both internally and in the wider community.
- Build resident confidence by ensuring their views are acted upon, managing expectations, and delivering on our commitments.
- Resolve all complaints within service level agreement, ensuring the customer is kept informed throughout.
