Property Sales and Lettings Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lettings Manager to lead our residential lettings team in Barking.

About the role:

  • Manage and motivate a team of Lettings Professionals to achieve business goals and drive branch profitability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving repeat business.
  • Oversee daily operations, including property viewings, tenancy agreements, and rent collection.
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, identifying areas for development and implementing training plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry legislation and regulations, ensuring compliance and risk management.
  • Collaborate with the wider estate agency team to achieve sales and lettings targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in residential lettings at a senior negotiator position or higher.
  • Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to work under own initiative, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet business needs.

Benefits:

  • Competitive basic salary: £22,000-£32,000 (dependent on experience).
  • Uncapped commission scheme.
  • BMW company car or monthly car allowance.
  • Elite bonus scheme.
  • Full-time working hours: 8:30am-6pm, Monday-Friday, and 9am-5pm every other Saturday.
  • 30 days' annual leave (including bank holidays).
  • Enrolment in the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre.
  • Continued training and development opportunities.
