Lettings Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Lettings Manager to join our client's team in Barkingside. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating the largest active market share of any agent in the area and maximising revenues and growing the property register as the main instruction taker for the branch.


The ideal candidate will have a strong proven track record in Lettings, excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well with others but also work independently.


The Lettings Manager will be required to work full-time and will be offered a competitive salary and a company car or car allowance.


Key responsibilities will include:



  • Maximising revenues and growing the property register as the main instruction taker for the branch
  • Developing exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
  • Maximising branch profit and achieving targets

The successful Lettings Manager will have:



  • Upto £32,000 Basic
  • Upto £60,000 OTE (Uncapped)
  • Company car or car allowance
  • Career progression

Requirements:



  • Experience as a Lettings Manager
  • Strong proven track record in Lettings
  • Be able to work well with others but able to work on your own
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Ability to close business
  • Personable
  • Great management skills
  • Proven track record for success
