About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Lettings team in our Barkingside office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our landlords and tenants, while driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team to discuss sales strategies and performance
  • Coach and develop the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including conducting regular one-to-one meetings
  • Encourage team development and progression, while maintaining a strong focus on generating new and repeat business
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Liaise with tenants to arrange property viewings and negotiate offers
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with all regulatory bodies

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lettings at a senior negotiator position or higher
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with others
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work under own initiative and with minimal supervision
