About the Role

As a Lettings Branch Manager at haart Estate Agents in London, you will be responsible for leading a team of Lettings Negotiators and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be a natural-born leader, a problem solver, and a driver for success. Your role will involve motivating and inspiring your team, growing your business, and ensuring the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading daily meetings with the Lettings team
  • Coaching the team to achieve KPIs
  • Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance
  • Encouraging team development and progression
  • Generating new and repeat business
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
  • Liaising with Tenants and arranging property viewings
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
  • Ensuring the business is risk-averse

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
  • Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create and action business plans
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service

What We Offer

  • Complete on-target earnings of £50,000-£60,000 per year
  • £22,000 to £32,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)
