About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Lettings team in our Barkingside office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our landlords and tenants, while driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team to discuss sales performance, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Coach and develop the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring excellent customer service and retention.
  • Liaise with tenants to arrange property viewings, negotiate offers, and agree new tenancies.
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with all regulatory bodies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher.
  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with others to create a team spirit.
  • Ability to create and action business plans relevant to the branch.
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings.
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads.
