Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with tenants and arrange property viewings
  • Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in residential lettings at a senior negotiator position or higher
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to create and action business plans
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills (basic Microsoft packages)
  • Attention to detail
