About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Live Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering large-scale technical production projects.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for specifying and quoting jobs, managing timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee full-cycle delivery of technical production projects
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Expand the corporate conference sector and strengthen industry partnerships
  • Boost revenue through AV equipment hire and sales
  • Coordinate onsite teams
Requirements

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in technical production, event management, or related fields.

The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in the industry, backed by a strong network of industry contacts, particularly within the corporate / theatre market.

Experience with theatre, festivals, weddings, or large-scale outdoor events is a plus.

The role requires strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously, along with in-depth knowledge of staging, lighting, and AV equipment.

Familiarity with hire and sales is preferred. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as the candidate will work collaboratively across teams.

A business-focused mindset with a track record of increasing profitability is crucial.
