About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Live Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering large-scale technical production projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical production and staging, as well as excellent project management skills. You will be responsible for specifying and quoting jobs, managing timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standard.

This role will also involve driving new business and maintaining key client relationships, while ensuring the smooth execution of events. If you have a strong network of industry contacts and a proven ability to generate revenue, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee full-cycle delivery of technical production projects
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Expand the corporate conference sector and strengthen industry partnerships
  • Boost revenue through AV equipment hire and sales
  • Coordinate onsite teams
Requirements

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with a strong background in technical production, event management, or a related field. You will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects and a strong understanding of staging, lighting, and AV equipment.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as you will work collaboratively across teams. A business-focused mindset with a track record of increasing profitability is crucial.
