Job Title: Project Manager - Technical Production

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Live Recruitment. As a key member of our technical production team, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering large-scale technical production projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Specify and quote jobs, managing timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Ensure projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standard
  • Drive new business and maintain key client relationships
  • Expand the corporate conference sector and strengthen industry partnerships
  • Boost revenue through AV equipment hire and sales

About the Role:

This is a fast-paced working environment with a collaborative and supportive team. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in technical production, event management, or related fields, backed by a strong network of industry contacts, particularly within the corporate / theatre market.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a proven ability to generate revenue and manage large-scale projects in the event and AV sectors. Experience with theatre, festivals, weddings, or large-scale outdoor events is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of staging, lighting, and AV equipment
  • Familiarity with hire and sales
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A business-focused mindset with a track record of increasing profitability
