Job Title: Administration & Academic Manager

Staff Source Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration & Academic Manager to join their team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the MD and Sales Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the office functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily invoicing and credit control, ensuring timely payment from customers.
  • Plan and coordinate van delivery routes, advising customers on expected delivery times.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and website.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right furniture in the showroom or confirm orders over the phone.
  • Maintain the online stores, adding new items to Amazon, Marketplace, and eBay.
  • Contribute to weekly social media content, highlighting special offers and promotions.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in an office/admin/accounts environment.
  • Good standard of education, including Maths and English to GCSE or equivalent.
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office, with SAGE experience a bonus.
