About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Demonstration Equipment Coordinator to join our team at Pertemps Network Group. As a Demonstration Equipment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and coordination of demonstration equipment, supporting both customers and field sales personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Maintain Equipment Calendars: Coordinate and maintain calendars for customer and field sales personnel requirements concerning equipment.
  • Process Equipment Orders: Raise initial orders for equipment on our enterprise resource planning system and process purchase orders for demonstration equipment hires.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders: Communicate with customers and sales personnel via phone, SMS, and email to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Equipment Management: Respond to queries relating to the availability and location of demonstration equipment for business managers and participate in audit counts and reconciliations.
  • Equipment Distribution: Prepare and coordinate the distribution of demonstration equipment and follow up on overdue reports.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain demonstration department areas in a clean and tidy condition.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties related to demonstration equipment and storage as needed.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Educated to higher level or above.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SAP.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build good relationships with field-based personnel and work calmly under pressure.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to go the extra mile during busy times and ability to work independently.
