Regional Sales Manager

This is an exciting chance to manage a rapidly growing sales territory across the South East of England. Your role is to sell a wide range of building products such as soffits, fascias, and above and below ground drainage to a variety of customers in the construction market, including house builders, developers, and general builders to generate demand. The products are backsold through builders merchants and specialist building plastics distributors. The area is performing well, but developing new customers is a key part of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell building plastics to customers in the construction market
- Develop new customers and expand existing relationships
- Work closely with builders merchants and specialist building plastics distributors

What We Offer:
- A competitive base salary of £40,000 - £45,000 DOE, plus uncapped bonus

- 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
