Job Description: Payroll Management Specialist

This role involves administering the weekly payroll for 300 staff members using the Sage system. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  1. Input and process all relevant data for payroll, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, and benefits.
  2. Process and submit weekly payrolls, statutory year-end returns, and P60s.
  3. Manage employee holiday records and pension submissions.
Key Skills:
  • Experience with Sage payroll software.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this role is £25-30k per annum, plus excellent benefits including 28 days annual leave, birthday leave, and a pension scheme.
