Lead the Way in Physician Associate Education

The University of Worcester is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our Physician Associate Programme. As a key member of our Three Counties Medical School team, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of the programme, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with NHS partners to develop joint working ventures and improve clinical placements, teaching, and student experience
  • Preparing for the Physician Associate Apprenticeship and ensuring alignment with GMC learning outcomes
  • Developing and implementing policies, processes, and quality assurance measures for the programme
  • Working closely with the Dean of the Three Counties Medical School to drive the programme's strategic direction
