Facilities Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Facilities Assistant to join our team at Suntory Beverage & Food France. As a key member of our Operations team, you will provide exceptional support to our staff, visitors, and contractors, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage facilities requests, repairs, maintenance, and services in a timely and efficient manner.
- Administer the Facilities Help Desk Tracker, working closely with the Director of Risk and Operations, Facilities Coordinator, and EHS Officer to meet performance requirements.
- Ensure accountability and ownership of assigned tasks and actions, meeting KPI and SLA standards.
- Maintain a high level of customer service at the reception desk, greeting visitors, issuing security passes, keys, and post.
- Monitor and maintain stationery supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organized environment.
- Provide administrative support to the Operations, Facilities, and Risk team, including data management, home pages, and meeting hosting.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, courier collections, and deliveries.
- Use judgment to identify concerns requiring escalation to management in a timely manner.
- Assist with prioritizing facility and operations enquiries, processing tasks daily, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
- Check and maintain hire and lease vehicles, ensuring compliance with designated processes.
- Ensure preventative action is taken to safeguard company assets.
- Comply with health and safety standards and highlight any concerns.
- Work within designated budgets for stationery items.
- Fulfill First Aid and Fire Marshall roles.
