Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

In addition to your salary, you will receive an uncapped commission structure reaching up to 5% of sales over target.

You will also be eligible for a bonus payable if your gallery reaches its monthly sale target.

Job Responsibilities

As our new Luxury Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

- Leading by example, motivating your team to achieve success.

- Qualifying and onboarding new clients through footfall and business development.

- Developing sales strategies with new and existing clients.

- Hosting events to network and create sales opportunities.

- Delivering exceptional tailored client experiences.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A minimum of one year's experience in targeted sales roles.

- Previous experience in a team leadership/management role is preferred.

- Knowledge of the art world is not required, as we provide industry-leading training.
