European Luxury Sales Director

Are you a seasoned sales leader looking to drive growth in the premium consumer market?
About the JobWe are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our European operations, with a focus on luxury retail channels. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth across the UK and Europe.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a pan-European sales strategy, targeting high-growth markets and luxury retailers.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with European distributors, premium retailers, and key accounts to maximise revenue and brand exposure.
- Market Insights: Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and refine sales approaches.
Requirements:
- Extensive sales leadership experience within the premium food or drinks sector, with a deep understanding of European luxury markets and consumer preferences.
- Fluent French and English language skills are essential; additional European languages are a bonus.
- A proven track record of delivering growth, managing complex negotiations, and building long-term partnerships.
- Strong commercial expertise, including financial management and budgeting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
