About the Job

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our European operations, with a focus on luxury retail channels. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth across the UK and Europe.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a pan-European sales strategy, targeting high-growth markets and luxury retailers.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with European distributors, premium retailers, and key accounts to maximise revenue and brand exposure.
  • Market Insights: Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and refine sales approaches.

Requirements:

  • Extensive sales leadership experience within the premium food or drinks sector, with a deep understanding of European luxury markets and consumer preferences.
  • Fluent French and English language skills are essential; additional European languages are a bonus.
  • A proven track record of delivering growth, managing complex negotiations, and building long-term partnerships.
  • Strong commercial expertise, including financial management and budgeting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
