Job Title: Contract Performance Manager

Job Overview:

Our client is undergoing significant transformation programmes and is seeking an experienced Contract Performance Manager to support the delivery of key performance metrics and improve supplier performance. This role will focus on creating performance frameworks and ensuring alignment between commercial and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to A.C, this role will deliver four core outcomes based on your expertise:

  • KPI Development: Develop a standard Key Performance Indicator (KPI) framework for future contracts. This will include defining the metrics and securing agreement with the business on how data will be collected and analysed.
  • Contract Reporting: Implement robust systems to enable the effective reporting of supplier performance at the project, programme, and portfolio levels.
  • Commercial Alignment: Ensure KPIs are aligned with the proposed contract commercial models.
  • Performance Improvement: Collaborate with contract managers to address poor-performing suppliers, developing a plan to return performance to acceptable levels.

Required Experience:

  • Quality Management: Previous experience working as a quality or performance manager in either frontline operations or within a commercial team.
  • Data Analysis: Strong data analysis skills with a passion for creating actionable insights from data.
  • Security Clearance
