About the Role

Fabrum is a pioneering company that has made significant strides in cryogenics and hydrogen solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled HSEQ Advisor to join our team and contribute to our growth and expansion.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving change, establishing best practices in H&S, and developing scalable web-based processes and systems for both H&S and Quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement new H&S and compliance systems for project work, including off-site construction and management of sub-contractors
  • Drive a continuous improvement H&S culture across manufacturing, projects, and servicing
  • Develop web-based processes and reporting to support a scalable H&S and Quality function
  • Collaborate with Projects and Manufacturing leadership to drive change and advise on best practice
About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Strong NZ Health and Safety experience, including setting up and managing H&S for new construction sites
  • Hands-on experience implementing or improving web-based H&S or Quality systems, including training, tracking, and compliance
  • Good experience with Quality systems and processes
  • Ideally a background in Construction or Oil and Gas

Additional skills that would be beneficial include experience with engineering and/or manufacturing environments, commissioning or hazardous area experience, and knowledge of Australian H&S practice in construction.
