Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a challenging role in office administration? Corpay is seeking a highly skilled Business Administration Apprentice to join our UK Office Support team in London.

About the Job

This 18-month fixed-term Apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and experience in office management, working closely with the Senior Executive Assistant to the Group President.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the day-to-day management of the Vincent Square London Office.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, consumables, and stationery.
  • Liaise with suppliers, process invoices/payments, and manage office expenses.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Welcoming external visitors, signing them into the site, and issuing/temporary security key fobs.
  • Preparing meeting rooms in advance of external visitor appointments.
  • Coordinating orders for catering requirements and distributing them to meetings.
