About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation and Business Growth Lead to join our team at Tennex Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business transformation and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Large-Scale Transformation Projects: Develop and execute comprehensive transformation strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Manage Cross-Functional Teams: Oversee and manage cross-functional teams to execute end-to-end transformation initiatives, including process reengineering, systems implementation, and organizational change management.
  • Process Optimization and Integration: Oversee process optimization and integration of new businesses and continuous improvement by implementing best practices.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders, work closely with C-suite and department heads to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
Requirements
  • 7+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in transformation and integration projects or related roles within a corporate environment.
  • Strong Leadership and Change Management Skills: Strong leadership, change management, and project management skills.
  • Industry Expertise: Ideally, experience in the Managed Print or Document Solutions sector.
  • Post-Merger Integration Experience: Experience in managing post-merger integrations is highly desirable.
  • Change Management and Process Optimization: Proven track record in change management, process optimization, and business transformation.
