**About the Role**

Chef Results Limited is seeking a highly motivated Sous Chef to join their team at a popular 200-cover fish and seafood restaurant. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience as a Sous Chef in a busy environment and a proven track record of operating in similar restaurant environments.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have excellent leadership skills. They will be responsible for leading from the front, creating daily specials, and ensuring that junior members of the team are prepared for service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of junior chefs and support the Head Chef in maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Create daily specials and contribute to menu development.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including GPs and other paperwork.
  • Ensure smooth service operations, including preparation for peak periods.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Sous Chef in a busy restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of operating in similar restaurant environments.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to maintain high standards.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
