**Role Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Cancer Care Specialist to join our team in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity to work with patients and their families, providing holistic one-to-one care within the patient's own home.
You will be part of an ambitious team, empowering each patient by offering personalised support while based in Milton Keynes, you will travel throughout a regional area delivering specialist treatment and making a real difference in people's lives every day.
Main Responsibilities
- Administering a range of haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments as defined in the patient's care plan
- Sustaining professional standards and being an ambassador for delivering patient-focused care
- Documenting all clinical data and reporting adverse drug events via the correct protocol
