Role Overview

As a Senior Sales Manager at FatFace, you will be responsible for commercially managing your store to maximize profitability through the retail plan. This includes driving sales, managing costs, and delivering the brand through the visual proposition. You will create a fun and inspiring atmosphere in line with our brand and culture, supporting the development of the team while maintaining the highest standards throughout the store.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional standards of behavior and maintaining the integrity of the brand
* Drive and role model customer service standards to exceed customer expectations
* Train, coach, and develop your team, supporting the completion of appraisals and performance reviews
* Analyze financial data, retail strategy, and local knowledge to maximize sales opportunities and support commercial decisions
* Ensure the store is working to budget through effective scheduling, cost controls, and crew productivity
