Excelcare Holdings is seeking a Senior Care Manager to lead its Brook House Residential Care Home in Cambridge's historic city centre. The successful candidate will have experience in managing care homes, supervising teams, and ensuring outstanding care for residents.

The role offers a competitive salary of up to £42,000 per annum, based on 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Benefits include 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, on-site parking, and a contributory pension scheme.

A key aspect of the job is to develop and supervise staff teams, with a focus on excellent organisations and planning skills. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential for this role, as is experience with rostering and staffing levels.

About You:
