Salary and Benefits

About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Deputy or Smaller Home Manager to join our team as a Senior Leader. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for:



  • Managing and developing care staff to formulate effective care plans tailored to the individual needs of our residents
  • Ensuring residents are empowered to participate fully in decision-making processes
  • Monitoring resident behaviors and staff interactions to maintain high standards of care practice
  • Developing and encouraging social activities for our residents
  • Assisting with medication management, including ordering, stock control, and administration

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing a team of care and senior care staff
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents
