Senior Care Manager - Brook House
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Care Manager to join our team at Brook House Residential Care Home in Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, and promoting a positive work environment.
The role offers a competitive salary of up to £42,000 per annum, based on 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Benefits include 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, on-site parking, and a contributory pension scheme.
A key aspect of the job is to develop and implement effective care plans, with a focus on resident-centered care. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role, as is experience in managing budgets and resources.

About You:
